1. Right of Withdrawal
• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
• The withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing, either by post or by e-mail.
• Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging.
• Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are personalized, handmade, or custom-made (including hand-painted or made-to-order items).
• The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer.
• The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Product Characteristics and Care Instructions
• Our products are made using 95% natural root dyes and traditional woodblock and stone printing techniques.
• Silk items are hand-painted and combined with felt using traditional manual craftsmanship.
• All our products are handcrafted; therefore, minor variations in color, pattern, or texture are natural and shall not be regarded as defects.
• These items are delicate and require careful handling. Improper washing, drying, ironing, or the use of unsuitable cleaning agents may cause irreversible damage.
• The seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from:
– Incorrect washing, drying, or ironing
– Use of bleach, strong detergents, or chemical cleaning agents
– Contact with wet wipes, alcohol-based liquids, or solvents
– Exposure to excessive sunlight or humidity
– Mechanical damage, tearing, pulling, or natural wear and tear
3. Warranty and Product Liability
• The seller is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable Slovak legislation.
• Due to the handmade nature and use of natural dyes, long-term warranties cannot be provided.
• In the case of a justified complaint, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, at the seller’s discretion.
• The seller undertakes to handle and resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt.
