3. General Provisions
- All distance contracts fall under these Terms.
- Buyer accepts Terms by placing an order.
- Seller may update Terms unilaterally.

4. Orders and Contract Formation
- Products selected via www.silkeatextil.com
- Order is binding offer for Buyer
- Contract forms upon Seller’s order confirmation
- Out-of-stock or technical issues: order may be rejected; payment refunded
5. Prices and Payment
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
- Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Global Payments, bank transfer (SK), cash on delivery (Dobierka)
- COD fee: €1.50 included in total order
6. Delivery and Shipping
- Shipments via DPD & GLS within Slovakia & EU
- Non-EU shipments on request; conditions pre-notified
7. Right of Withdrawal
- 14-day withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Exclusions: personalized, made-to-order, handmade/unique items
- Return shipping paid by Buyer
- Refund within 14 days of receipt
8. Complaints and Product Liability
- Only manufacturing defects covered
- Small handmade differences not defects
- User-caused damages excluded
- Valid complaints processed within 30 days
9. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect losses, profit loss, third-party damages
- Maximum liability limited to order amount
